1. Please come inside at your appointment time or 5 minutes before if you need to use the washroom or fill out any forms. Please sanitize your hands when you enter.
2. Mask policy: Masks are no longer mandatory but they are recommended. We as Health Care Professionals are continuing to wear masks while at work. We prefer you wear a mask as well.
3. Proper hygiene and cleaning/sanitation protocols have always been done but now we have enhanced these procedures to include all surfaces in the treatment room and common areas both for your safety and ours.
4. 1st appointment with us? Please print and fill out the intake form from our website and bring it to your appointment. If you cannot, please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out the paperwork.
