Booking Policy

A credit card is required to book an appointment - to reserve this appointment time specifically for you. This credit card is stored securely (PCI compliant) on the booking software. You may pay with insurance or another method at the time of your visit. This credit card will only be charged if you miss your appointment or late cancel.

Using Insurance? Please Note: We have no control over your insurance policy, or whether your insurance pays your claim to us or not. As a courtesy, we can try to submit your claim for you, but you must have a form of payment available should the claim not be payable to us or is unsuccessful.

Cancellation Policy for 1 or 2 persons

To better serve our clients we require at least 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours, and your appointment time cannot be filled short notice, or you completely miss your appointment time without cancelling, you may be charged the full amount of the session, or if you have a gift certificate it may be used as payment. If you have booked a group appointment and someone becomes ill please find a replacement and send the healthy person(s).

Cancellation Policy for Groups of 3 or more

To better serve our clients we require at least 48 hours notice for changes or cancellations. We require a group booking deposit paid in advance by e-transfer to reserve your group booking at the time of your reservation. For groups of 3 the deposit is the total of 1 full appointment. For groups of 4 or more the deposit is 50% of the group booking. If you need to cancel, and you provide 48 hours notice or more, your deposit will be refunded in full by e-transfer. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time, your deposit is non-refundable. If the rest of your appointment times cannot be filled short notice, or you completely miss your appointment times without cancelling, 100% of the remainder of the unfilled appointments will be charged to the credit card. If someone becomes ill please find a replacement and send the healthy person(s). Please send the group booking deposit by e-transfer within 2 days of this email. If we don't hear back from you via email or don't receive the e-transfer we will cancel the group booking for you.

Our livelihood depends on clients attending the appointments they book or giving appropriate notice to cancel so we may have a chance to fill your booked times with other clients. Thank you for understanding.
