Cancellation Policy

To better serve our clients we require at least 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours and your appointment time cannot be filled short notice, or you completely miss your appointment time without cancelling, you may be charged the full amount of the session, or if you have a gift certificate, it may be used as payment.

Cancellation Policy for Couples and Group Bookings

A valid credit card is required to book couples or groups. This credit card is stored securely (PCI compliant) on the booking software. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment and your appointment times cannot be filled short notice, or you completely miss your appointment times without cancelling, 50%-100% of the booking will be charged to the credit card. If someone becomes ill please find a replacement and send the healthy person(s). Our livelihood depends on clients attending the appointments they book or giving enough notice to cancel so we may have a chance to fill your time slot with another client.
